I will be moving out to pursue a job opportunity, and am looking for someone to re-rent the apartment starting late June or sometime in July. The apartment is a 550 sq feet “mini bedroom” at Greenbriar Village (floorplan: http://www.greenbriarapts.net/floorplans-mini.php). The unit includes a balcony and an in-unit, full-size washer/dryer. In terms of kitchen appliances, the unit comes with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop/oven, all Frigidaire. Street parking is free and underground garage parking (with video camera surveillance) is $30/month if desired. Heat is included, and if you have basic internet needs, there is free shared internet access. Greenbriar Village Apartments is an apartment complex which also sports a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, a golf simulator room, and a clubhouse. There are tree-lined sidewalks that make for easy strolls in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of amenities, this is a great place to live. http://www.greenbriarapts.net/index.php The location itself is nearby West Towne Mall, local businesses and services, many popular restaurants, a variety of entertainment, and the Madison Metro bus line. I lived here while I was in grad school at UW-Madison -- bus 15 stops right next to the apartment and takes you directly to campus. Despite the distance from campus, I appreciated the cleaner and quieter feel of the unit and the neighborhood compared to apartments I’ve seen near campus.
