There is an additional monthly charge of $40 for the apartment's own Wi-Fi internet service using the building’s high speed US Internet fiber optic connection. The rent is based on two people in the apartment and there is a $50 per month reduction for just one resident. There is a $35 per month cat fee plus a nonrefundable $200 one-time pet deposit.
