If you live on the first floor you can hear people walking up and down the stairs, and random banging, but that is expected in an apartment. Everything in the apartment is brand new, there is ample space, and people will generally leave you alone. So far I like living there. They have a one car, tag in your window parking policy, so if you intend to have a lot of people over, it might not be so great, but if you live there it basically guarantees you can park. Not fond of people hanging outside at 11pm making noise, since I'm a light sleeper, but it's not every night, maybe once or twice a week. Also, the occasional person leaving random shmutz on the outside door (lotion, lettuce, etc). Overall a decent experience though.

I never experienced or seen a so called luxury development be managed the way it was. Worker literally seeing poop filled bins all over and pull up and pull right off and do nothing about it!!!90 degree weather and it sat it both garbages for over 2 weeks. That made me wonder how was there manager managing them , you see something you do something. Im literally astonished, lets not talk about the common areas never being cleaned or vacuumed, im not exaggerating i seen some one come once in a year living there. I use to keep my area clean etc. There excuse was were working on it . How hard it is to substitute a maintenance guy to just come clean right quick i guess its not in there job description. Seems like it takes them month to figure out something thats common sense its scary to be honest how they let the asset be managed like that. I know if the owner knew he be furious it took till the last 3 months living there they started trying to rectify stuff but to no avail it was the same stuff. you call the manager she never get back to u ever. Then the leasing agent is actually good but she has no help u call her nothing really happens. It took months for them to get a dumpster adequate for 44 apartments prior to that trash would be every where. , there response was were working on it LMFAO No exageration i come out and its every where……. There solution was 1 dumpster for 44 apartments. Till this day theres trash out side the dumpster and yes maintenance would drive right by on the way up too to the other buildings. . Isn't some one so post to at minimum walk the property to ensure its safe and sanitary for the residents. Let alone there isnt any liability issues. I was a real estate agent back in the days. The apartments are brand new, nothing fancy but fully renovated for sure!! The gym is very small u wouldn't fell comfortable being in there with any one else. Every one in my building felt the same as me but we came together to ensure we kept the place nice and tidy. Were not paying these rent prices to have to pick up after nasty tenants or lack of management managing the property! If you dont care about the people managing the property then its good a diverse crowd animal friendly and its brand new but bad this is its by the and industrial area that smells really bad. Yes theres a poop issue with certain residents .Especially in the summer thats something out of our hands. Alot of people have dogs there and there nice…. The building doesnt seem racist, which made me fell comfortable. Ive seen black people young, hispanic, indian, asian, etc my past building seemed like thet only rented to middle class older white professionals.. maybe im to observant. Then even tho was multiple issue with management they have the nerve to try and raise every one rent 3-5percent ….. they couldn't even get the dumpsters figured out for 3 months in the beginning and they still cant. Its bc they dont want to pay for another dumpster,or they want to push the cost on the lea-sees.. just get a bigger one. There would be trash every where 3 months is absurd and its still a issue there 44 apartments and 1 dumpster they know its not enough space its always trash on the outside of it. Theres never any one on site neither. THE OWNER NEEDS TO BOOT THAT MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Maybe there the cheapest idk. They are horrible. I can manage this place better ,to add fuel to the fire there trying their increase rents. LMFAO I GIESS OTS REALLY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY ✍️
