Lived here for almost two years. The management and maintenance teams are fantastic and extremely flexible. I personally know they will work with you, not against you. I'd like to thank Danielle Sheldon personally. The apartments are large, clean, and well planned. The complex is also extremely pet friendly, with clean-up supplies placed every 10-15ft within the parking lot.

I've lived in many apartment complexes the past 5 or so years, and Glen Esk has been the first that was completely worry free. The community is nice, friendly, and you will feel very safe. The area is quiet and somewhat secluded, allowing you to relax after any long day at work. Of course, this comes with the tradeoff of being a drive away from any stores, one, in my opinion is well worth it. There is ample parking and they offer garages if you want them. Also, if you like dogs, this is the place to be. The apartments themselves are very clean, large, modern and come with the newest appliances. Every other apartment complex advertises the word "luxury" but this is the first where it actually felt that way. I never had to put in a maintenance request. Walls are a bit thin, and I had to put in a noise complaint just once, but it was resolved within a few hours. Danielle was nice, prompt, and very professional. She made the move-in process very easy, especially when we were looking for an extremely quick turn around. First time I felt management was actually intent on making our stay comfortable and not out to keep our deposit. Considering all of these things, it's amazing that the apartments are priced the way they are. After touring surrounding communities and moving to a new place, it puts them all to shame in every way. Cheaper than anything else, without compromising on luxury or even construction. If you want to find an apartment that you can come home to without feeling stressed about hearing the neighbors argue, whether or not the outlet in the bedroom stopped working again, or anything really, Glen Esk is the place to be.
