I was helped leased in by Emma Liu who has been really helpful during this hectic moving process. She was really sweet and responded to emails rather quickly. She was very eager to help the best way she can and her personality was approachable enough to ask for help as well. For instance, when I was needing help with National Grid information she would check up on me to see if I needed more help. I hope Eagle Rock Properties can keep hiring people like her to ensure a nice community being cared for.
