I have lived at Silo Pointe for about a year now, and I love it . The property is kept really clean, the property manager is responsive and friendly , and the other tenants are quiet, respectful, and polite . I work from home, and the Internet always works great (which was a concern with a shared connection). I’ve had no issues at all . Also, I love the fact that I have a private entrance, a dedicated parking spot , and I think the rent is fair for what’s included (it’s a great deal for this area) .

I have been a resident of Silo Pointe since it was first established in 2019. My/our experience has been excellent so far (almost 2 years!) The apartment itself is very comfortable and high end, with top quality windows, finishes, colors, and construction. The storage in this apartment is unbelievable, and having a washer/dryer in the unit is key! Silo pointe management has been consistently responsive to the few issues that have come up. Property care is dependable and I really appreciate the particular attention to good lighting, security, garbage collection, and lawn care. Most importantly, the complex is safe, quiet, and peaceful. The neighborhood is very walkable and the neighbors are friendly. I was nervous about downsizing from a house to an apartment but our transition to apartment life has been easy - Silo Pointe offers a wonderful community vibe and has become ‘home ’.

Silo pointe has been a great place to live and call home! We’ll be moving at the end of the month only because we’ve decided to buy a house. Apartment is great.. more storage than any apartment we’ve ever lived in, property is kept clean and very quite, location couldn’t be better, great school zone!!

Great apartment complex that offers units that are less than 2 years old with internet and cable included in the rent. Other amenities include a common grill and fire pit out by the silo. There are personal spots assigned to renters as well as guest parking in any spot that doesn't have an assigned number. Great for short-term or long-term rentals
