Located right in Downtown Northfield across from Depot Square, you are close to Norwich University and have easy access to the highway or to Route 12N to Montpelier! There is also a large laundromat across the street! Utilities included: heat, hot water, cold water/sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow plowing. Resident responsible for: electric (Northfield Electric) and cable/wifi (if desired). No pets No smoking. Off-street parking. Rental Criteria: $27 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you)!
