The kitchen includes an electric range and refrigerator. Through the living room is the full bathroom, featuring a tub/shower combo with glass sliding doors. Angled ceilings add character and a cozy feel without sacrificing brightness - skylights in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area let the sunshine in all day long. The bedroom has been freshly repainted and features a large closet for storage! Off-street parking located directly behind the property, fully maintained and plowed during the winter months. Trash, recycling, and composting are all available on site in the parking area for easy access. Cable and Wi-Fi are optional, with residents free to choose their own provider (if desired.) Pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets allowed with approval. Cats and dogs are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval. Rental Criteria: Income Requirement: Gross income must be 2.5x–3x the monthly rent amount, or 2.5x–3x your portion of rent. Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 from at least one applicant (or a qualified cosigner). Credit & Background Check: All applicants over the age of 18 will be screened with a credit and background check. Formal Rental History - at least 1 year (or a qualified cosigner).
