I lived here for less than eight months. Let me tell you it’s the best apartment of the ones I’ve lived before. The management staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Rachel. They made living here an amazing experience. I would say the studio unit is a little small and old, but it’s enough space for one person. But the management killed it! I recommend BSL to everyone who wants to avoid management bs!

My partner & I lived in Blue Sky Lofts for our duration of time in CO; about 2 years. It is close to campus & relatively affordable to rent, located in a very convenient spot near a bodega, coffee shop, walking/biking paths, & other apt complexes. It would be amazing student living for anyone at CU (my partner was a grad enrollee at CU boulder, now alumni). Our apartment complex at Blue Sky Lofts was beautiful & fun to make our own. I loved getting creative with our compact loft space, & it never ended up feeling that cramped. We had lots of our own outdoor deck room, & got lucky also having a clear view of the flatirons / devil’s thumb. Blue Sky felt like a home away from home, & a safe space for us in Boulder. The office was always flexible & understanding with anything we needed, & so incredibly friendly. The package service is a huge bonus— always quickly processed & secure; we never lost a package or had delayed arrivals. The parking is convenient, & they are always willing to be flexible with extra parking reservations (ask in advance). There is security available all the time, & maintenance is always on top of work orders, they do such an impressive job keeping up on the landscaping/painting/cleaning! Maintenance was also really considerate about our space & time when repairs were being done. I will miss the office staff at Blue Sky especially, we wish we could pack them in our bags & bring them with us too. They were so sweet, & a bright light in our day. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we will miss you guys!! :)
