All other utilities are not included and trash services are $9.71 a month. Located on site, we have a sparkling community pool and on-site laundry in our comfortable small community. We are located in the center of Fort Myers, right off of Cleveland Ave. The community is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, Lee Health hospital and transportation. Call now to schedule a tour! $75 application fee per adult, ( $100 admin fee if your application is approved to prepare lease) no evictions, background check required, monthly net income needs to be 2.5x the monthly rent.
