Quiet, quaint, & affordable. This small apartment building was a gem at one time. This property has since been purchased by Boutique Apartments & they suck! The building is always dirty, things break & maintenance is slow to respond. We were excited when they first took over because we thought things would get even better, but the building has had no significant upgrades.
