I've lived in Wingra Point for two years and I love it! The apartments are spacious. Any requested maintenance is always handled promptly. Although, the workout room is small, it has everything you need. The first and forth floor common rooms provide cable, a pool table, and an awesome view of downtown over Monona Bay! The apartments are nice, but the amenities are really what distinguish Wingra Point from other apartments in the area.

Wingra Point is a great place to live! The two roofs are unique and a joy to have. They have a club room, an outdoor area with a grill for BBQs and they even have an indoor gym! The staff that work there are amazing (shout out to Cora and Cami!). Sometimes they have special events where residents can hang out and meet other residents. There is free food and always a good time during these events! Also, I love how close it is to downtown. Biking distance to downtown is great!
