Overall our stay at Bell Bradburn was very positive. Of course there are the occasional annoyances but maintenance and the office would work hard to remedy the situation. The neighborhood is quite and there are a lot of restaurants, schools, and shops with in walking distance. If we were needing to be in the Denver or Boulder area for a long period we would not hesitate renting here again.

We went on an amazing tour of these homes and I have to say that Shannon was an awesome person to work with! She was very active in answering all questions we had. She also was very attentive to our application process and made sure to call us every step of the way so we weren't just sitting around wondering what was happening. Very excited to continue working with her in the future.
