Moving in to The Key at Yale and Towne was very smooth. If I had any questions they were answered right when I asked.

I have been living here since March 2023 and I love it. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative comments especially the package issue. it is not the building issue when Amazon just throws boxes around and leave packages not at the proper drop off locations. Adela and the concierge staff have been great and always assisted me in a professional manner. As far as repairs the management things take time. Appliances take time since the supply chain has been a mess. All repairs were completed as promised. They just finished painting the hallways to keep things looking sharp. As far as location if you have to go into the city you walk 3 block to Stamford Station Metro North or Amtrak, if you like to eat out they have excellent bars and restaurants 1 block away. I highly recommend this location.
