The home features stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher) with ample counter space and cabinets. There is a stacked washer/dryer off the bathroom. The bedroom is large enough for a king-sized bed with plenty of closet space. There is a ring doorbell along with a security system that can be activated by the tenant. There is a porch area for private use, that is spacious enough for outdoor furniture. There is a shared gated back yard space with seating and a firepit that is available for the apartments. Landscaping is included and they come once a month! Parking for the unit is located behind the home and is designated for each unit. Utilities not included in the rental. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 pet fee. **Please note minimum 30-night stay per city regulations. ** Other things to note- Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility.
