They are very nice and friendly. It's a old hospital that is being renovated into apartments they are beautiful in they are expensive but everything is included from utilities internet basic cable fitness center a park for kids lots of walking paths even has a coffee shop in the lobby that is open to anyone from renters to the public.

Nice apartments but can hear as little as workers screwing in bolts over my tv can hear absolutely everything around me at all times im not sure why the apartments are advertised as “sound proof”
