Just moved in a couple weeks ago! The apartment is definitely decent for the price, but I wish they would've replaced the carpets. They had them shampooed but they are still stained up and there is a giant tear in it in the living room that just got glued together. Parking is incredibly strict, which is good and bad at the same time. Make sure visitors park in visitor spaces. My one huge tiff is that the laundromat is semi-expensive, and often ends up being a waste of money. Many of the washers and dryers aren't in fantastic working order.
