I have lived here for 3 years, and I cannot recommend this property enough. My stay could not have gone any better. I do not have one complaint that I can think of, which has never been the case for any other apartment that I have rented. The building is beautiful and high-end, with a picturesque, open-concept lobby and lounge. The rooms/closets are spacious, clean, and upscale. The wood flooring, bedroom carpet, and kitchen/bathroom counters and cabinets are of great quality. Maintenance comes promptly and does the job well. I was struck by how thick and insulated the walls and doors are - I hear no noise at all from my neighbors above and adjacent to me. The only noise I hear is when people walk by the front door. The amenities are great, from the pool to the gym (which is the best apartment gym I have seen, with multiple rooms for weights and cardio, including Pelotons) to the theater room. The area is safe and they have security in the garage to ensure no car thefts, etc. I have never had a problem with my car or security, which is rare is Houston given the level of tire theft, car break-ins, etc. common in other apartments in the area. I have always felt safe walking around the area at night. Amy, the property manager, has been kind, professional, and has always worked with me to ensure my satisfaction. I have been able to discuss changes in rent, etc. with her and she has gone above and beyond to ensure that both parties are satisfied in a reasonable manner. The rest of the office staff has been fantastic as well. Emails about any updates come promptly and there is great communication. The staff are engaged with creating events, recruiting food trucks, hanging decorations, etc. to constantly make the property lively and exciting, and to make it seem a home. I will be sad to leave. Cannot recommend this property more.

We are thrilled to call Windsor at West U our home! From the moment we moved in, we've been enjoying a safe, clean, and beautifully decorated environment. The amenities here are top-notch, making our living experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. A huge shout-out to the leasing office staff - Jennifer, the Amy's, Joelle, Karla, Richard, and Jasmine. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with, always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to the maintenance team, especially Caleb and Julio. When our AC went out in the middle of the night, they were quick to respond and had it fixed in no time. Their dedication and efficiency are truly commendable. The location is unbeatable! We love being so close to Rice Village, with its vibrant atmosphere and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and more. If you're looking for a great place to live, we highly recommend Windsor at West U. It's been a fantastic experience for us!
