The new people in the office have really made a difference here. 6 months ago I was going to move but i now have decided to stay because of the things that have been improved here. Im not sure what changes have been made but the building just feels better maintained and cleaned esp the breezeways. they do lots of get togethers for the building (brunches, breakfast-y things, had two pool parties). I haven't had to have anything fixed in my apt so I can't talk about maintenance but i have ridden the elevator with them and they are always very nice. The only thing i wish was better is the courtyard area it really needs some new plants and to be redone but other than that i love it here and will stay for another year when my lease is up.
