OCCUPANCY LIMIT: TWO UNRELATED TENANTS LEASE TERM: NOW - JULY 30TH Utilities: Water and trash are included in the rent. Tenant must set up electric account with Xcel Energy, and may use any company for phone, TV, or internet service. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for any damage during their lease, other than from normal wear and tear. Vendors/contractors may be called in as needed, and set their own rates. 1135 Pennsylvania consists of the original house on the property that was split into four units, and an addition onto the north/west with another 12 units. Great location, just a block to the CU campus and minutes to Pearl Street. Restaurants/cafes/shops just around the corner. Apartment #6 is on the middle level, north side of the addition. Each apartment has its own entrance off the shared deck. There is a fireplace in the living room of each unit. This apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 10'8" x 13'6" Bedroom = 9'11" x 8'9" Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There is a working fireplace in the living room. Half deposit due at signing, can setup payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed, unless it's a service/support animal. We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday. Please call 303-447-8500 with any questions, or to set up a showing.
