Toured it today and seems like an affordable non-fancy location for anyone. Amenities: Off street garage parking, a sun deck, dog run, secure package room, nicely furnished, fast Wi-Fi. Competitively priced all things considered.

Unable to get ahold of anyone in the building to see where to park for future residents but, managed park and to walk in since the locked door was left slightly open in the front. The manager on site was very hospitable and professional. Showed both a studio and penthouse; very beautiful apartment complex!
