We recently moved to Cartwright and the experience was very pleasant. First of all, we came by on a Saturday afternoon and all the apartment tours were full. Kayla was very accommodating and gave us a tour after the last scheduled tour at 5. We decided to apply for the unit after seeing it. Again, Kayla was very helpful, we messaged her on her off days, and she was responsive and informative and reviewed our application right when she got back to the office. We were able to move in within 4 days of applying. The apartment, location, and amenities are good. No major issues. ie noise, cleanliness, ventilation, cooling etc. The two parking spaces are slightly unique, without assigned spots, as first come first use. All in all, the apartment is good, and I would recommend taking an apartment tour.

This property is in a quiet, convenient location away from traffic noise. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced, with a garage offering ample parking and EV chargers. The building has multiple lifts, making it easy to reach each unit. Customer service is excellent—Kayla is especially helpful and responsive. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and the location is great.

To be completely transparent, we were a little bit hesitant after seeing such mixed reviews but after having our own experience, I’m a bit confused at some of the negative ones. Here’s my experience so far: We drove to the apartment in person, immediately sat down with Kayla and went over our needs and their availability. She allowed us to complete a self guided tour after giving us plenty of information. We toured 2 units and immediately fell in love with our now home. From then, the experience has been extremely easy and enjoyable. Kayla even gave us her personal number to ensure we were able to get ahold of her if we needed an immediate response to any questions. She gave us next steps on the application very promptly so we were able to snag the unit we wanted that very night while they reviewed our application. We heard back in about a day or two that we were accepted and then once again, everything else from there was prompt and easy. We set a date to pick up our keys, go over our welcome documents and complete a walk-through. The apartment was in perfect condition and ready for us to move in (except for a tiny scratch on the baseboard but it was from the mop while they were cleaning and maintenance came up within the hour to quickly paint over it before our movers arrived). Kayla explained in great detail everything we need to know about the building, the apps we use, access, guest parking, you name it. Move-in was extremely easy with the loading zone and freight elevator. Now we’re here and settled in for about a month and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had zero issues with noise, although we are on the top floor so take that with a grain of salt but I haven’t heard any noise from the hallways or Nextdoor neighbors. I am facing the pool so we get a little bit of daytime noise from there but I enjoy the liveliness. If I don’t want to hear anything, I close my balcony door and I swear it’s weirdly soundproof. We were also told that the security lives on-site facing the pool so he’s always super on top of it if there are ever people there past quiet time (which is 10pm until I think 8am). The unit itself is SO well done, the finishes are gorgeous, nothing feels too cheap like most new apartments and the natural lighting is SO good. The only 2 things I will note is the water pressure on the top floor could be a littttllee bit harder but that could just be my preference. The other thing is we had our pantry door handle break BUT I was able to text Jonathan directly during Labor Day weekend and he responded right away and came as soon as he could that Tuesday to fix it. Overall, we absolutely love it so far and I know seeing negative reviews can steer people away but what I will say is, people tend to leave reviews when they’re unhappy rather than happy so you’re only seeing the negative. Some of the things I see people complaining about are things that will happen at ANY apartment complex so take it with a grain of salt.
