The impressive clubhouse includes a fitness center, tennis facilities and a resort style pool and sun deck. All residences feature private entrances, full-size washer/dryer, attached patio or balcony and cathedral ceilings in second floor homes.

I felt compelled to write an honest review and make someone else feel very comfortable with choosing these apartments. My husband and I have had a great experience here. I love that it is a safe pet/family friendly environment. My favorite thing is that if there has ever been any sort of issue/maintenance, everything has been resolved quickly and correctly. The communication has been excellent and we always have felt welcome here (thank you Michelle!). I know it is hard to find a place to live that isn’t “too good to be true” so I wanted to express how much we love it here. Highly recommend this complex as your temporary or long term home!

This place deserves more than 5 stars honestly. The experience has been absolutely great, the leasing staff is responsive, any repair orders placed get handled promptly and it's an overall amazing community. Absolutely beautiful apartments and very wholesome surroundings with kids playing outside, tennis courts, volleyball, you name it! Best part is, when I'm in my apartment, I can't hear ANYTHING!!! No noise from neighbors or even the kids running up and down the sidewalk! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move to the Novi area. Thank you again Michelle!
