Honestly, this building is old but that's what makes it so charming. I lived here for a short time and I loved it. Maria the building manager is 100% the best around. She is kind, smart and beyond sweet! If you read this Maria, know that you are absolutely a wonderful person. Thank you for making living at the Blackstone so memorable. If you get lucky enough to live here, you will love it!

If you are lucky enough to get an apartment in The Blackstone, you'll be happy here. Everyone is kind, no one is a nuisance and Maria and her husband run a very tight ship but with big parties four times a year in the lobby. Its shabby chic-ness is uber-cool.
