We moved here from nj bonita sweetwater campground was our first california address my girlfriend and I came cross country from nj we took a lease over at vista capri I can say no negative the property manager is great and does everything she can to make sure residents are happy and get what they need. Our mantainance man is the best. He comes on time is friendly asks permission to enter and will resolve problems this guy is a problem solver. Remember they are people and do what they can within there limits. This is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment with updated nice clean amenities the areas are clean the ground is maintained and the management and repair work is the best you'll get I can truly thank vista capri for my stay here. They're understanding of timely repairs and the family oriented culture of the complex.

I lived here fall 2016 to winter 2018. Thin walls, no amenities except heat, and you can hear everything. Roaches, some issues with mold, and the laundry machines were dirty. I left early because of rude neighbors.
