Cole Spring Plaza has been amazing for me. I moved here 9 months ago from and was nervous I would not be able to find something nice, yet affordable. Then boom, I came across this place! My rent includes ALL utilities. They have a a garage. And it’s downtown Silver Spring so everything you can think of is walking distance along with being right beside DC. Lastly, the staff and maintenance team is second to none. Jayna Garland is the best front desk staff member. Extremely friendly, always respectful and puts a smile on all the resident’s faces.

This is a great building. Excellent location, good amenities, friendly residents and staff. The apartment is well designed and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Lots of closets and beautiful parquet flooring. Highly recommend.
