If I could leave 0 stars I would. Where do I begin. The management team that’s in place is a joke, my pregnant fiancé and I had a gun pointed at us and we called the police. The person who had done it lived in the apartment and had people coming and knocking at our door harassing us and other neighbors and the management team refused to do anything. They let any and everyone live in the apartment complex and don’t do requisite background checks like they are supposed to. Our rent was supposed to be $1700 a month yet we were getting billed nearly 2k a month because of the shared trash, and other surcharges that they lie to you about. They don’t know how to manage or even be honest with their tenants and lie constantly. I asked for an accommodation request to move into a different apartment as well due to having a work injury and they stated I could move out and pay to break my lease and reapply and pay for a new place. So I took them to HUD and won a discrimination case in which Darian Fuller and Liz Kovalenko have to attend classes to learn what is and isn’t discriminatory (they are the managers in place) This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend you apply for this place, for the price and the chaos that this place is you’re better off elsewhere.

This building is way overpriced to live in, expensive apartments, terrible crime rate in the area and not nearly as much help from management as needed. If you chose to live here, I wish you luck.
