This place is amazing! From the incredible leasing team (Marvin, Shannon and Jose) to the friendly front desk staff - everyone makes you feel welcomed. The facilities are much better than other “luxury” buildings I’ve lived in, and the finish in the apartments is first class. I’ve lived in Hoboken and JC and definitely do not regret moving to D&B!

Moved in 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier with the service I received. I was initially shown the complex and the apartment by Genesis, I handled all the paperwork with Marvin who was phenomenal to work with, he answered all my questions and made sure I was well situated prior to the move. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who commutes to NYC as the Path is right there and Dey & Bergen has a shuttle that takes you to and from there Monday thru Friday.
