A qualified assistance agency, SSI or other “non-garnishable” incomes may be considered for purposes of income verification to meet the required threshold. Evictions • For applicants with evictions/past amounts owed (judgements or damages stated by previous landlord from any period going back 20 years from the application), the past amount must be satisfied or under an approved Payment Plan that is current. The tenant must agree to a Rental Verification check. Failure to provide/confirm this information will result in the application not being approved unless the Property Owner decides otherwise.
