Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Well I have mine and I personally have to disagree with a lot of the reviews that I am seeing on this website. I've been a tenant of this management company for over 2 years and have lived in two of their many apartment complexes. I must say thank you to all that run and manage these properties. I've had a lot of ups and downs family emergencies Etc in my life and not one time have they not understood my circumstances and supported me through. A few months ago a great asset was added to the management team her name is Margie. She is a great asset to the apartments she goes above and beyond to listen to tenants concerns, assist tenants and helps in every and all ways that she can. Since Margie has came aboard a lot of things have improved and have gotten better. Jeff and Eddie go above and beyond as well to do all that they can do when things are brought to their attention. Rome wasn't built in one day. Trust the process. Because there is a lot of good process taking place in this property. Sam is a great guy he will never leave you concerned or without knowing what is going on. He communicates very well and stays on top of things at the property. He will even reach out to you on the weekend to make sure that you're comfortable and that there isn't anything that he could do right away for you. I would and I have recommended these apartments to my family and friends because it is not about the outside of the property it is about how you keep the inside of your four walls. If the office is unaware of items in your apartment being broken they cannot fix them. You have to call. You have to send an email. Margie will not allow any tenant to go without heat, hot water, broken ceiling broken window blind etc..but you have to reach out so they are aware that these repairs are needed. In over 2 years I was never denied or not given a return phone call. You can't always judge a book by its cover. Your home is what you make of it.
