Additionally, the UAB campus is conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk. Each apartment at The Ritz is a little different, so we urge all who are interested to take a tour of the apartments in person. New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power and water/sewer accounts with Central Alabama Water. Book a tour directly through our website at h2realestate.com! Costs: $75 Per Application $400 Security Deposit $200 Administration Fee $32-42 Monthly Service Fees All Pets Are Welcome! $300 Initial Pet Fee $15 Monthly Pet Fee (Per Pet)
