It has been a pleasure to live here. The community is beautiful and clean. George and his team work diligently to keep it nice and are always responsive to my needs. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, their service has not been affected. Highly recommended!

This place is like living in a park, all green open areas with two store buildings in it. A small, quiet community, only aprox 70-75 units, this makes it a really secure and relaxed neighborhood. So far we haven't had any problems with people breaking in, storage units have good decent space to put your stuff, and it feels safe to walk at at night while walking your dog. Pool and Jacuzzi are always clean and empty, two big grills always working. Maintenance is always on top of the complex, the grass is very well kept and clean, even the dog park is always ready to use. The units are clean, with great space and a balcony, the new ones have washer/dryer and dishwasher, both good quality machines and if you have any problems, maintenance will fix it soon. If you happen to get an unit with no washer/dryer, there are two big laundry rooms on each side of the construction, it also has an area to wash your car!!! They have a website where you can put your requests in, and I always get a call back the same day to try to fix whatever is happening with the unit. All staff very polite and and on top of that bilingual. And finally, my fav thing, it is full of trees, it has big, tall gorgeous trees all over the place, if you are lucky you might get an unit with trees on your window which gives them a plus. A year later: I'm still in love with these place, it is full of threes yet they manage to keep it clean. The community is friendly and quiet. Management on top, they keep up to date with their website and repair requests, I never have to worry about fixing anything, I'm really happy overall. The gated community makes me feel safe to walk at night with my dog or at any time. The storage area has been really useful and bigger than expected. Appliances keep working perfect, and both AC and heating also work perfectly. Extra points to management to always be willing to help as soon as possible. In this year there has been a lot of improvements, they even gated the dog park so the dogs can be there without a leash no matter their size, that dog park has been so useful and it is always clean. Jacuzzi is always hot and ready to use just like the grills. I've never run out of hot water or gas or anything like that. Loving it.
