Mando from maintenance did an awesome job replacing our washer and dryer. Mando did the whole task on his own. Mando was very professional and performed the task in an expedient manner. I've been living in the Eaves for over 2 years. I found Mando is always friendly and helpful whenever he comes to my apartment or passing by in the common areas. The residents of the Eaves Apartments are blessed to have Mando assisting them with all their maintenance concerns.
