The Eaves is just perfect for my workaholic lifestyle! It has excellent freeway access for getting to work; plus it’s so close to my college that getting to class is a breeze. Thankfully, it’s still pretty tucked away in the Hills, making it have a high level of privacy. The complex itself is great, filled with healthy trees everywhere, and great views 360 degrees. Plus, the gym is massive. Definitely the biggest I've ever seen in a complex. But what really makes this place shine is Christine Joy Finez. She's always on top of things and super helpful whenever I have any issues. Thanks to her, extending my lease is a no-brainer.

A big thank you to one of the maintenance team members David Barrera. He exceeded my expectations today with the repairs he made in my home. He was very kind, efficient, informative and patient while making his repairs whilst my little ones were running around. Note to management team at eaves, you have a great team of workers taking care of all your residents. So far everyone of the maintenance members who has helped with our repairs have been incredible so from my family to you all I am much appreciative. Thank you .
