i am a current tenant and have been living here since 2021. I’m going to talk about my personal experience with Reserve. i’ll start with the cons Cons: -sometimes maintenance doesn’t fix the problem at hand until you bug them enough. we had an issue with our washer/dryer making loud noises and maintenance came to fix it 3 times. It took until it was leaking water for them to completely replace it. -mold. my husband and i noticed we were getting sick a lot more often than usual and discovered a big patch of mold by the air vent behind our couch. Maintenance came the next business day and took out the piece of wall that had it and patched it up (over the course of a couple days) and it was fixed. there was also mold on our bathroom ceiling from them using the wrong kind of paint in the bathroom. we did not tell maintenance about it and just removed it ourselves by scrubbing the ceiling. Pros: -I feel very safe here. As a woman, walking alone at night is always scary. But i have never felt unsafe during the day or at night walking through the little neighborhood. everyone minds their business, there are lights, and even when there isn’t i still feel safe. good place for kids too. -main office people are very kind. i’ve never had a problem with communication or concerns ever. - clean!! besides the occasional dog poop, the grounds are very clean and pleasant. - i have convinced 3 friends to move in to this complex, so i have seen many apartments in the complex. all of them are up to date and clean. ** the only concern is their handicap apartment. it doesn’t seem very handicap friendly, but i can’t speak on that. -we rarely have bug issues, i have only seen one mouse the entire time living here and it was outside, and i very rarely ever hear my neighbors. we’ve had parties and get togethers at our apartment and we’ve never had a noise complaint either. Overall, we may be moving out soon due to convenience for work, but i have enjoyed my time here thoroughly and recommend it!!!

I lived here for 2 years and just moved for work. Never had problems with pests, maintenance is very quick and pleasant, office staff is great. My apartment itself was very spacious, large in-unit washer and dryer, each unit has it's own water heater. Quiet area surrounded by trees, parking is always easy. Good spot
