You have two rental options: If you put the water, gas, and electric bills in your own name, your rent is $2,350/month, but I'm discounting it to $2,150 for the first three months. If I keep these utilities in my name, your rent is $2,500/month, but I'm discounting it to $2,300 for the first three months. With this option, your rent includes the first $150 of utilities. You get one offstreet parking spot. There’s plenty of space to park on our street, and no permit is required. For your personal laundry, there are two door-to-door laundry services nearby that will pick up your laundry, wash, dry, fold, and return it the next day: Hambrick Laundry and J&L Laundry. Two weeks of laundry is about $30. If you're on a budget, my ex-girlfriend (for whom ambiance is very important!) recommends Washingtown. It is 11 blocks away.
