I've been here one year and all my priorities of having a place to call home are met. It's clean, it's safe and well lit. It's fairly quiet. If there are issues, the management are super prompt/professional. Only complaint is the reserved parking spaces are hard to see at night or in the rain, so if you park in them (which I did when I first moved here) I simply didn't see them which resulted in getting towed (by the tenant who rightfully rents the space). So I recommend renting a reserved space at an added $50/month. other than that, this is perfect. Safe, clean, friendly. As good as it gets for the budget indeed.

Everything is going great and the management and maintenance departments are very friendly, helpful and always there if I have any concerns!
