There are a total of 8 suites available so if you’re looking to book for a group, please let us know. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Off the lobby we have Preserve by Flora & Farmer and Hildegard’s Bakery. Directly adjacent to the building and within a 5 minute walk you will find dozens of great restaurants ranging from pubs, to sushi, to Thai food – Whatever peaks your taste-buds’ interest on that given night. From the lobby, you can see a Rexall Pharmacy, convenience store, McDonald’s, and Tim Horton’s, all within a 30 second walk. Only a 5 minute bus/cab/car ride away is the MTS center (Go Jets!) and 5 minutes further from there is the Exchange District with all of Winnipeg’s most popular restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. Within 10 minutes you will also find the Manitoba Legislative Building, Human Rights Museum and The Forks, a Winnipeg must see. GETTING AROUND Included in the space is free parking in a lot located directly across the street. There is public transit directly outside the building with buses running in all directions of the city so you won’t need a car if you prefer you are so central.
