Near I-275, shops, restaurants, and businesses, enjoy easy access to essentials. Community amenities include card-operated laundry facilities in each building. Residents are responsible for electric and water/sewer. Autumn Hills is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.
