The W was a great first renting experience for me. The leasing office and maintenance were always on top of any issues with the place. I’m very confident I will not find another like Natalie while renting in Lexington. She made everything a breeze! I highly recommend considering the W.

Natalie is the best property manager at any apartment I've lived at, she's a very good communicator and overall a very nice person. The value is very good for how nice the apartments are and the fact that the property is in a quickly developing, but quiet, area. Brannon Crossing is right next to Nicholasville Road so even though you're not technically living in Lexington, you're right down the road from everything.

TLDR; amazing facilities, wonderful employees (shoutout to Natalie and all the team members!) and beautiful apartments. If you’re thinking of moving here you won’t regret it. I don’t think I can praise in general how kind and outgoing Natalie (the Property Manager) is. We moved in June of 2022 and she was amazing to work with from start to finish. She made sure we knew EVERY single detail of the process with no hidden fees or questionable practices at all which is a problem I’ve noticed in certain Lexington apartment complexes. She is always working - when we moved in it was DEFINITELY after the move in time due to traffic and other external factors but she NEVER made any complaints about meeting with us to make sure we were good! Like, I cannot stress enough how nice and caring she is. All the individuals who work in the complex are as well! There have been times I will call in/walk in to ask questions and they have always been super nice and very good with answering questions - even to the maintenance as well! There were some minor issues with the apartments (they were BRAND new when we moved in) and they still made time to come in and make repairs! Speaking of the apartments they are just gorgeous. Tall ceilings, wonderful paint color which is now my favorite color of all time and I want it in all my future apartments, and the flooring is great. Heat stays insulated VERY well, and all the amenities work amazingly. I especially felt spoiled with having the trash taken, a super nice touch you don’t think about until you have it, makes you feel pretty boujee I won’t lie. Internet was very consistent as well (for all my streamers/more in depth internet individuals, you get a pretty solid 100/100 connection - there are some slight drops here and there but it‘s LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than other providers like Spectrum). Listen - the price tag is kind of higher which I get you for sure. But as areas around Lexington get higher in price and worse in quality, this is a place that if you can afford you definitely SHOULD be here. Being able to be with a community like this comes very few and far in between. Yes, sometimes there are bad/noisy neighbors but that’s a flip of the coin and going to be everywhere; don’t worry - once it’s been communicated the staff is quick to work on this. The location is amazing, literally a 4 minute walk to a nicer Kroger. If you’re on the edge like “eh, maybe this is a decent spot?” All I’ll say is schedule a tour, come talk to the team, and your mind will be set that day I can almost like 99% guarantee. I know you’re reading this now and considering it, trust me, just do it. Like right now. Stop reading and do it.
