10/10 would recommend living here. My fiancé and I lived here for a year and moved out due to a career change. I was so sad to go - this apartment was clean, quiet, and super attentive. True luxury living with a beautiful outdoor space and great gym and common lounge area. everybody from leasing, maintenance, and concierge team all work together to make this an amazing living experience. I cannot recommend it enough. Great location as well. Thanks element for making it a home.

Element South Park is fantastic! I worked with Tom at leasing to get my apartment here and I cannot say enough good things about him. He made things so easy and was very accommodating. I’ve lived here 6 months now and have also gotten to meet Melissa at leasing who has helped me through getting acquainted with the community/building. Greystar is truly lucky to have both Tom and Melissa, both absolute gems. I love my apartment, it has a massive patio (picture attached) that really helps with entertaining friends and gives my dog a place to run in circles! If you are looking for a place in South Park, there really isn't any other building that comes close to this one. I highly recommend this place =)
