I don’t usually write reviews and I was honestly about to post a negative one because I’ve been so frustrated with the lack of return calls regarding my lease renewal and the last time I called I got another new office lady BUT this one was really nice even though I started off strong ngl and she answered all of my questions and was really sweet and understanding and helpful and made me feel a lot better. She was really lovely and welcoming. It’s just nice to feel like she cares.

I want to say the property management worked with me after I sent an email to the corporate office. We all have bad days and I think that was a bad day for all of us. I do still have issues with my leaking faucet, but until the bed bugs are gone, they cannot come into my apartment, which I completely understand. The ladies in the office are willing to work with you, but before I made my original review, I should have waited until I heard from corporate. I do wish the pool was open longer, but that is my only complaint. Edit: The manager and I have had a few rounds of disagreements, but for her to go above and beyond to help me out says so much about her character. Thank you Diana for your help.
