My experience has been incredible,Melanie and her staff were professional and kind. The staff could not have been nicer, everyone that lives here is so friendly, My apartment was spotless when I moved in and I love the character of this building. The location is amazing for just walking in town. Love the gym !

The building, so far, has been extremely quiet and well-maintained. Melanie has been a huge help in getting everything settled on time and has been accommodating to just about every request we've had. I'm not sure about the other poster's experience but the building has been clean since we've been here.
