I am so thankful to the team at Willowbrook apartments. It’s easy to look at the flaws in an apartment complex so I’m going to share my experience. I wanted to move out of my apartment during the pandemic and it was extremely hard to find one in New Jersey (where I came from) - for different reasons... I didn’t mind living in PA as I’m from bucks county. I didn’t really want to live in Philadelphia so I choose to look a little further out. When I reached out to the apartment complex Christine the leasing consultant responded back to me in a very timely manner. She worked very diligently to get me moved in. During the few weeks that I was waiting to move in, two major storms hit and I had to move to a few different apartments before getting my keys. Although the move was hard, the furniture that was dropped off at different apartments were delivered to my current apartment from the maintenance men and the furniture was pretty heavy. They helped me unpack the uhaul and made me feel at home. They have been absolutely amazing! The grounds are clean, the neighbors are nice, and the furnished apartment is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. I am so thankful for the support I have been given. Yes, every apartment complex has flaws... and by some of the reviews I was scared to live here, but I am very happy! Thank you Willowbrook apartments! Thus far, you’ve gone beyond the call of duty and it’s much appreciated.
