My Tour here at Market Station was absolutely perfect it couldn't have been more well presented. Gabby did an amazing job explaining everything about the apartments and gave me all the interesting details surrounding the area. I has very impressed by her performance and professionalism while also showing me her amazing personality. Well Done!!!

My husband and I lived here for a year in 2022. We were looking for an apartment close to everything but also quiet. We lived on the 1445 side (the more "high end" side) and we absolutely loved it. The hallways and common areas were always spotless, all of the in apartment amenities were nice, and we never heard any of our neighbors. It was so quiet that we would occasionally check the available units on their website to see if we even had neighbors above us or next to us. If quiet is what you are looking for, I highly recommend this apartment! The one downside to the apartment was the laundry. The dryer is not gas and honestly not very effective. It would often take 4-8 hours to dry our sheets and blankets and it felt like we were always doing laundry because of how long it took. If you are someone who has a lot of laundry, I would maybe think twice about renting here. Denver ended up not being for us but we always joke about how we wish we could've taken the apartment with us back to the east coast. We really loved living here (even with the laundry situation).
