Property is fantastic and the Property Manager himself is fantastic. If you read the reviews most of the 1 star complaints are from people who don’t live here. Sad to see people do this considering I’ve never experienced any problems living here for over 2 years. Everyone I’ve talked to that LIVE here at the property love this place. It’s a great location near Bayshore, affordable pricing compared to other nearby locations, and the maintenance staff keep the grounds nice. Any problems that have occurred the property manager handles immediately. They have gone above and beyond to make us residents happy and cared for. Customer service goes a LONG way these days and I for one am grateful for South Pointe and its entire staff. If I could rate it 6 stars I would.

"We stayed here since 2022 and absolutely love this place . Staff are amazing and helpful and place is kept clean and safe. Mark is a Superstar . We are moving out of Florida but when we come back , we will definitely love to be back here"
