I have lived at The Dayton 14 years. Our apartment management company changed in July, 2022, and this is mentioned in other reviews. Our current manager, Nikki, is doing a very good job of addressing resident concerns and providing stability as we complete the transition from the previous management company. I believe one of the most important aspects of apartment management is the quality of maintenance. Jerry, our head of maintenance, is terrific. He is genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents here and has done much for me personally. Jerry and the rest of the maintenance staff work very hard to properly maintain the property. Also, maintenance requests are handled very promptly.
