Arriving here from Dallas I was not only welcomed warmly it was the epitome of Houstonian Spirit. I have Curtis and his coworkers to thank for that. Curtis helped me transition to this location from logistics, handshakes, easy paperwork, and online navigation I need to figure out where the guy gets his snazzy outfits from. He is a professional of utmost attention to the smallest of details while maintaining a smile and mannered attitude. Everyone here has been kind and thoughtful. As a veteran, I appreciate the amount of security that this place has. The location is unbeatable and inside is so peaceful. If you're trying to move to Houston just ask for Curtis and he'll show you how to make a hard job look easy. Thanks Curtis, and thank you Gables for helping my new home feel like home.

An oasis. Whether you work from home or come home late, the lounge on the ground floor helps you do more. Or less. If you see what I mean. It's downright comfortable. Also, if you're like me, you'll have loads of questions well after you move in. And for those, you'll be grateful to speak with Tori and Curtis in the main office. Two thumbs up. Update June 2024: Maintenance is a common topic for any building. Although this property is not the Continental Hotel, it does have a John Wick of sorts: Oscar, the Head of Maintenance. His team and he hunt down a long list of deliverables: safety, mechanical, electrical, and more. Oscar personally showed up to address a concern of mine and, in the process, explained the physics of the HVAC unit in my apartment. Much appreciated.
