Tenants must have electric utilities on in their name before move-in. We have a $50 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $2,325. Security deposit is $775. The monthly rent is $775 per month. Our basic rental requirements are No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit and a credit score above 570 is required.
