Been living at Stillwater Park Apartments for 10yrs. Coming from the hustle and bustle of New York I love my apartment and the area. Rent is decent and whenever I have a issue in my apartment which is rarely it's taken care of within 24hrs. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Mr. John and Bill are awesome. Their is another maintenance man which I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet. I'm quite sure he's awesome also. The owners really take pride in their community. Mrs. Bonnie calls to make sure all your maintenance needs are too your satisfaction. Also this is my first apartment here in Ohio since leaving New York. Keep up the good work Stillwater. John and Steve the owners thank you for a comfortable home. Definitely would refer this complex.

Lived here for over 4 years. Nice clean place. Maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable and care about the apartments and residents. Management is always helpful with needs. Nice choice of residency!
